When one thing leads to another

This might not be the first thing to cross your mind after reading the title but it is very true of web surfing.  You could start by searching or looking up something and then few clicks later you enter a different world of thoughts and even perhaps stray completely away from the purpose of your original search.

As I mentioned in a earlier post, I do pay attention to the things I listen to even if it happens to be background music. I was looking for some music for a spa treatment then I remembered a gaming site with great relaxing music called orisinal. So I thought to pay a visit to this site in the hope that I would be able to find the link to the music. I could not find much and ended up playing the games mesmerized my the great artwork and amazing choice of music. Then I thought I will enter the game title or even that of the site on youtube in the hope that someone shared the same love for the music and maybe linked to the artist. Then aha I found the artist- Steve Cravis. And he even had a name of a song the same as the spa. Perfect I thought. I felt victory was near, then I was searching for ways to buy the music. Then somehow I landed on Lulu a self publishing site. You can never guess how many creative thoughts went through my mind. Let’s just say many :)

  • I had the same experince :) the same starting point but different ending. I ended up with a wikipedia page about the origin of gothic fashion :/

  • It is always the case of getting distracted and clicking on those different links but I really love the idea of Lulu :) Want to start a project just to add it there
