Dont forget to drink..water

Picture 1As obvious as it might seem, a lot of people will skip few glasses of the recommended daily intake if not forget to drink water all together. And yes it has to be in its pure form no flavours or additives to gain full benefit.

I tend to fluctuate between moods of wanting to drink and others of forcing myself to. I know that its tasteless trait is not encouraging but the benefits of drinking it is worth it. An easy way to remember is to put a bottle where you sit or next to your bed so that you can spread the number of litres to drink throughout the day rather than gulp it all at once and suffer the consequences.

Remember the recommended daily intake depends on daily activity as well and you must not drink a lot in one go.
