Veggies in the meals
Part of a healthy diet is to incorporate vegetables in meals but instead of forcing yourself to eat salad that is not prepared to your taste and eating it just so that you can get your meal to account to a balanced diet. Another option is to incorporate them as healthy snack options.
Crudites can include all sorts of vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, celery and capsicums. You can have them with vinaigrette sauce, olive tapenade. They are also great with yogurt and herb sauce, labnah or avocado sauce. You can experiment with different tastes but don’t overdo the sauces.

im lazy to eat veggies but when it comes to a salad i put generous amount of salad dressing and hog it off
i usually add it in meal such as pot pies and soup when its not seen its much better
